Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the CUPID mobile app, the matching app for the USU Blind Date Club, published by MORGANIZE LLC. By creating an account, signing in, or using CUPID, you agree to these Terms.

CUPID is intended only for adults who are at least 18 years old and members of the USU Blind Date Club.

CUPID has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. You may not post, share, or send content that is harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, illegal, or otherwise objectionable. You may not stalk, threaten, impersonate, or otherwise abuse other members.

This includes, without limitation, hate speech, harassment, sexual content involving anyone 17 or under, exploitation, spam, and any attempt to use CUPID to contact someone after they have blocked you.

Members may write short bio prompts shown to a confirmed match and may submit success stories. CUPID filters obvious objectionable text at submit time. Success stories are not published until a club admin approves them.

You are responsible for the text you submit. We may remove any content at any time.

You can flag objectionable content in the app (Flag on a success story or on a match card). You can block an abusive user (Block). Blocking immediately hides that person's stories and bios from your feed and notifies CUPID so we can review the report.

Automated filtering is a first line of defense. Human review is the backstop. Filtering will not catch every violation.

We review objectionable-content reports and act within 24 hours. When a report is valid, we remove the offending content and eject the user who provided it (ban the account from CUPID).

We may also preserve records, cooperate with the USU Blind Date Club, Utah State University, or law enforcement, and refuse further access.

Report safety issues in the app with Flag or Block, or email usublinddateclub@gmail.com. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

Membership in the Blind Date Club is separate from these Terms. After you sign in, CUPID also presents the club Participant Agreement. Violating that agreement or these Terms can result in removal from matching events and from CUPID.

We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Continued use of CUPID after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
